Factory 6 : Tai-Chen Precision Die Casting ( Wu Xi )

- This factory is located in Wu-xi, Shanghai covering an expanse of 101,800 sq ft and commanding a workforce of near 100 heads.

- It specializes in aluminum die casting parts for a wide range of precision made products in automotive pneumatic tools parts, lighting, motor parts, machinery components, hardware parts and accessories.

- It provides expert engineering & manufacturing services including mold design, construction, prototyping and production.

- The factory currently possesses the following facilities :
IV. Production : 6 die casting machines from 100 to 350 tons all with individual furnace.
V. Tooling : Two EDM, three milling, two grinding and two precision lathe machines.
VI. Secondary Operation : One sand blaster, two polishing and five drilling machines.
- The above facility contributes to an annual production capacity of 600 tons of die casting products and 60 sets of tooling.
